We are thrilled to announce the grand opening of BRBQ Jersey City, a brand-new concept that combines the art of barbecue with elevated dining experiences, scheduled for April 2024. Located in the vibrant heart of Jersey City, BRBQ will feature a curated menu showcasing exceptional flavors, locally sourced ingredients, and an innovative take on traditional barbecue.
We are currently seeking talented Head Chef candidates to join our opening team and help shape the culinary vision of BRBQ.
Key Responsibilities:

Head Chef:
- Lead the culinary team in developing and executing a high-quality menu.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory, scheduling, and food cost management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor the kitchen team to maintain high standards of excellence.
