Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and Cook: Execute dishes with precision and consistency, following recipes and plating standards ensuring a high-quality guest experience.
- Work Across Stations: Operate and rotate between stations, including Garde Manger, Pasta, Saute, and Grill with efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain Standards: Uphold kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety protocols at all times.
