We’re searching everywhere for a Line Cook with a NYC Food Handler’s Certificate eager to show up on time and work extremely hard. Is that you? If it is, you’ll be part of a professional, high-energy kitchen where attention to detail and teamwork are the keys to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and Cook: Execute dishes with precision and consistency, following recipes and plating standards ensuring a high-quality guest experience.
- Work Across Stations: Operate and rotate between stations, including Garde Manger, Pasta, Saute, and Grill with efficiency and professionalism.
- Maintain Standards: Uphold kitchen cleanliness, organization, and food safety protocols at all times.
- Support Teamwork: Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy shifts, demonstrating adaptability and reliability.
- Learn and Grow: Take initiative to expand your culinary knowledge and skills under the guidance of our talented chefs.
