Job Details
As the Lead Host you will greet guests, make and confirm reservations, host all VIP guests, and lead the host team to ensure the highest possible standards of service as well as coordinating all information with management and FOH team. You are responsible for the logistic details of reservations, arrangements for large parties and private dining BEO events.
Role and responsibilities:
- Handling reservations, mapping table allocations
- Make, adjust, and cancel guest reservations
- Network with regular clientele, VIP guests and concierge outreach
- Train, develop and lead a best in category host team
- Coat check logistics
- Ensuring excellent service standards
- Resolve guest complaints or disputes
- Communicate and coordinate with service team to ensure efficient and excellent service
- Answer guest questions regarding food, drinks, and specials
