We believe in building bridges between generations through food and creating memories with every meal. As part of our team, you’ll join a family dedicated to sharing great food and providing a warm, welcoming experience for everyone.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and cook meats, seafood, vegetables, and other dishes using a variety of kitchen equipment.
- Follow portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards to ensure consistency in every dish.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and ensure compliance with food safety rules.
- Assist with inventory management and keep supplies stocked for smooth service.
- Train and collaborate with other kitchen team members to maintain high standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for food and learning about Cambodian-inspired cuisine.
- Flexibility to work 6-7 hour shifts and at least 20 hours per week.
- Physical stamina to stand for long hours and occasionally lift heavy items.
- Good communication and multitasking skills, especially in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Have previous restaurant kitchen experience.

We were inspired by our immigrant parents who opened a Cambodian noodle shop in the heart of South Philadelphia. We grew up eating kuy teav, a dish that signifies our heritage and a dish shared with many families for over 30 years. Throughout those years, we saw a strong Cambodian community where we got to see families and friends coming together for a meal.
