Laziza is Bed Stuy, Brooklyn bar-forward Middle Eastern restaurant inspired by the flavors of Lebanon, Turkiye, Iran and the broader Middle East.

Cocktail Knowledge:
A solid understanding of cocktails and spirits is essential, but don't worry-we're happy to provide additional training for the right candidate. We also love candidates that can bring a creative ability to maintain our cocktail program at world-class level.

A true team player with a passion for hospitality and someone that cares deeply about their craft.
Requirements:
Referenced experience as a mixologist or bartender
Proficient in classic cocktails recipes and preparation techniques
Excellent customer service abilities
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
At least 2 years of NYC bartending experience
Responsibilities:
Create and serve a diverse selection of cocktails in a fast-paced setting
Ensure all cocktails are consistently presented to high standards during each shift
Deliver engaging and attentive service to guests
Set up and dismantle stations as necessary
Be comfortable with prep work including juicing and batching prep for the day
Comply with all NYC health, safety and sanitation regulations
