Critically acclaimed and James Beard Award-winning seafood restaurant and cocktail bar, Maison Premiere, is seeking a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our expanding team.

Maison Premiere is proud to announce the appointment of our new Executive Chef, Jorden Smith. Jorden brings a wealth of culinary expertise and a dynamic vision, developed over the past two years with Kent Hospitality at renowned establishments such as Time and Tide, SAGA, and Crown Shy. His time at these critically acclaimed restaurants has shaped his innovative approach to cuisine, blending technical precision with creative flair.

Culinary Direction
Our food philosophy draws inspiration from French classics, New England seafood, Japanese techniques, and Creole flavors, resulting in bold, vibrant dishes that reflect a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation.

Position Requirements
We are seeking individuals with:

• Extensive fine dining experience and mastery of French technique.
• The ability to support the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations efficiently and professionally.
• Strong leadership skills to maintain standards and expectations in the absence of the Chef.
• A commitment to excellence, respectful sourcing, and a technique-driven approach.
• A fast-paced work ethic and a passion for expanding knowledge of seafood cuisine.

Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays. Experience in managing brunch and dinner services is highly preferred.
