We started doing pop-ups once a week, became a resident at Smorgasburg LA for 1.5 years, and started our brick and mortar in 2020 in Chinatown. We are a small business ready to transition to our re-vamp during this first quarter of this year and looking for the right candidate that can grow with our team. We value hardworking individuals that care and are professional, carry great attitude, and teachable.
We are looking for a Part Time Line/Prep/Dish who takes pride in their work, good communication skills, team mindset, focused, hardworking, trustworthy, can keep up with our standards, and responsible while carrying professionalism and a positive/friendly attitude. We are looking for someone that fits are positive, bright culture.
Open availability is best, but specifically looking for availability on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Musts: knife skills, genuine interest in industry, adaptive to changes, proper body dynamics and movement around the kitchen, kitchen language, prep skills, effective communication skills, forward thinking, understands working in a small business setting.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00 - $22.00) plus tips
