Daigo Sushi Roll Bar is looking for a Lead Sushi Chef who is interested in joining a company that values loyalty, dedication, hard work and a commitment to excellence. We are looking for a talented Chef to join our team and grow with us. The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

- Ability to work flexible hours as required including weekends and holidays
- NYC Food Protection Course Certification (preferred)
Skills and Experience:
- Preparing traditional Japanese sushi rice
- Expertly breaking down, cutting and filleting various kinds of fish/seafood
- Preparing orders according to company standards on quality and presentation
- Maintaining a clean work environment in order to prevent food contamination

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($27.00 - $30.00)
