- Ability to delegate, multi-task and solve problems
- Attention to detail and work in a neat, organized fashion
- Ability to work flexible hours as required including weekends and holidays
- NYC Food Protection Course Certification (preferred)
Skills and Experience:
- Preparing traditional Japanese sushi rice
- Expertly breaking down, cutting and filleting various kinds of fish/seafood
- Preparing orders according to company standards on quality and presentation
- Maintaining a clean work environment in order to prevent food contamination
