Elena James All Day, from the team at Opal and Nina May, is looking for a new team member! We are searching for a passionate and detail-oriented Restaurant Manager to join our team at our new restaurant in Chevy Chase MD. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while providing exceptional service to our guests. The successful candidate will have experience leading a team, possess excellent communication skills, and have a thorough understanding of hospitality operations.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management

- Manage and train staff, ensuring they are providing exceptional customer service

- Ensure that all operational standards, policies, and procedures are being met

- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase profitability and enhance the customer experience

- Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment in compliance with health regulations

Requirements:

- At least 1 years of experience in a restaurant management role

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Knowledge of hospitality operations and industry best practices

- A passion for providing exceptional customer service

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

- A willingness to lead by example and work collaboratively with the team
