Sous Chef

Qualifications and Requirements:
At least 3 year of restaurant experience in culinary
At least 1 year kitchen management experience preferably in a fine dining setting
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and respect
Ability to work well in a team environment
Knowledge of NYC health and safety protocols
Flexible schedule is required
Knowledge of and interest in Asian cuisine is plus
