RIS seeks a Host to join our team. We are in search of an outgoing, hardworking, dependable multi-tasker. Prior experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and engage with customers is vital. As a host at Ris your duties will include greeting guests warmly, taking reservations, addressing customer inquiries, controlling the seating for the shift and answering phones. This position requires excellent people skills, attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and strong communication skills.
We are looking for someone who is available to work approximately 3-5 shifts, Monday-Saturday from 4:00 to no later than 10:00 PM
RIS is an upscale neighborhood restaurant serving seasonal American cuisine by Chef / Owner, Ris Lacoste. We celebrated our 14th anniversary in 2023 and were just named a semi-finalist for James Beard 'Best Restaurant in America' and were given a glowing review by the Washington Post. We have a very experienced, professional staff and a loyal clientele. We look forward to hearing from you.
