At The Duck & The Peach, we create delicious experiences through thoughtful hospitality. Located in the heart of Capitol Hill, we are a New American restaurant that celebrates seasonal ingredients, exceptional service, and memorable dining moments. We’re looking for talented, hospitality-focused servers to join our team and help us deliver warm, personalized experiences to every guest.
What We’re Looking For:
We believe hospitality is about making people feel seen, cared for, and delighted. As a server, your role is critical in bringing that vision to life. Here’s what we need from you:
- A passion for hospitality and a genuine love for making people happy.
- At least one year of fine dining experience in a high-quality restaurant.
- Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails to guide guests through an exceptional dining experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, along with a team-player attitude.
- Dependability, professionalism, and a commitment to creating positive guest interactions.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable service that enhances the guest experience.
- Share your expertise on food, wine, and cocktails to make thoughtful recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless and memorable service.
- Uphold our standards of excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
At The Duck & The Peach, we believe in valuing our team members through competitive compensation and perks:
- $18/hour base pay plus 8% commission on sales. All tips are split between hourly members
- Benefits available for full time.
- Dining Discounts at all Eastern Point Collective restaurants.
- A supportive, fun, and professional work environment.
Schedule:
- We are open Tuesday through Saturday, and candidates must be available for dinner service and weekend brunch.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00) plus tips
