Key Responsibilities:
Assistant General Manager (AGM):
- Support the General Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations.
- Lead by example and ensure the team adheres to service standards.
- Manage scheduling, training, and daily operations for front-of-house staff.
- Assist in budgeting and inventory management.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Service Manager:
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met at all times.
- Oversee the guest experience, resolving issues with efficiency and professionalism.
- Train and develop front-of-house team members.
- Manage the flow of service to ensure smooth and timely operations.
- Monitor and maintain service quality and operational standards.
Floor Manager:
- Supervise daily floor operations, ensuring the restaurant is running smoothly.
- Coordinate staff movements to provide seamless service.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure proper cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Support management with staffing, inventory, and ordering.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a managerial role in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Fine Dining and Mexican Restaurant experience a plus
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and people management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- A passion for exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Flexibility in work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience with restaurant POS systems and scheduling tools is a plus.
