We serve timeless Japanese cuisine next to the historic Pike Place Market. Known for impeccable service, Sushi Kashiba extends the highest standards of hospitality to their guests.

Join Chef Kashiba and his team of highly trained BOH and FOH in delivering exceptional service and high-quality Japanese cuisine.

We are currently seeking an experienced hospitality professional with experience working in fine dining or chef-forward restaurants. We welcome those who have experience in luxury hotels or other high-end establishments.

Ability to lead teams while upholding high standards in service and product. Emphasis on FOH management including scheduling of staff and maintaining a safe and compliant workplace. Works closely with BOH management. Skilled in guest relations and directing a smooth operation throughout dinner service. Ability to remain cool under pressure in a fast paced environment. Interaction and engagement with upscale guests. Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture a plus.

Type: Full-Time

Rate: Commiserate with experience

Pay: From $75,000.00/year plus performance bonuses and benefits
