We are currently seeking an experienced hospitality professional with experience working in fine dining or chef-forward restaurants. We welcome those who have experience in luxury hotels or other high-end establishments.
Ability to lead teams while upholding high standards in service and product. Emphasis on FOH management including scheduling of staff and maintaining a safe and compliant workplace. Works closely with BOH management. Skilled in guest relations and directing a smooth operation throughout dinner service. Ability to remain cool under pressure in a fast paced environment. Interaction and engagement with upscale guests. Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture a plus.
