Tzuco, a unique culinary experience by Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytán, blends the vibrant flavors of Mexico with the refined techniques of French haute cuisine. Each dish at Tzuco tells a story, capturing Chef Gaytán's personal journey and the fusion of two culinary worlds. The restaurant's ambiance celebrates Mexican heritage through natural forms, textures, and the craftsmanship of skilled hands.

We are seeking experienced servers with at least 3 years in upscale dining and strong wine knowledge to join our team. Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, possess an in-depth understanding of Mexican cuisine and French techniques, and excel at creating memorable guest experiences in a refined setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service, guiding guests through Tzuco’s menu and unique culinary story.
  • Offer wine recommendations and pairings to enhance the dining experience.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Tzuco’s offerings, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and culinary influences.
  • Collaborate with the team to uphold the highest standards of service and ambiance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of server experience in upscale dining.
  • Strong wine knowledge and pairing experience.
  • Passionate about Mexican and French cuisines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to creating an immersive, memorable experience for guests.

His Mexican heritage is complemented by the French techniques he learned in his thorough training. All of which brings to the table the most authentic flavors, textures and aromas.
