We are seeking experienced servers with at least 3 years in upscale dining and strong wine knowledge to join our team. Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, possess an in-depth understanding of Mexican cuisine and French techniques, and excel at creating memorable guest experiences in a refined setting.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service, guiding guests through Tzuco’s menu and unique culinary story.
- Offer wine recommendations and pairings to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Tzuco’s offerings, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and culinary influences.
- Collaborate with the team to uphold the highest standards of service and ambiance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of server experience in upscale dining.
- Strong wine knowledge and pairing experience.
- Passionate about Mexican and French cuisines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to creating an immersive, memorable experience for guests.
