About Us
Highly-acclaimed Ai Fiori, from famed hospitality firm Altamarea Group and located at the Langham New York Hotel, is looking for an energetic, passionate, and professional BARTENDER to join the team. Ai Fiori showcases modern interpretations of cuisine from the French and Italian Riviera and offers employees the opportunity to work with quality Italian cuisine & wine/spirits, a respectful, safe, professional work environment, and a management team uniquely invested in the growth and success of all team members.
Bartender Responsibilities include:
- Prepare all standard and specialty cocktails for the dining room and bar guests per Ai Fiori standards
- Manage and assume full responsibility of each guest’s dining experience from start to finish and respond immediately to guests needs and requests, willingness to serve tables as well as run the service bar
- Exhibit full knowledge of all food, wine, and spirits to guide guests through the dining experience, as well as build guest relationships and our client base
- Maintain clean dining room and restaurant and adhere to all health and safety standards
Bartender Requirements include:
- Ability to multi-task and perform in high-volume, high-intensity restaurant
- Demonstrate warm, friendly, high-energy personality with a positive and team-oriented approach
- Substantive bartending experience required and a strong knowledge of food, wine & spirits.
- Genuine passion for restaurant hospitality, service, and craft cocktails
- Physical requirements include: ability to handle and carry trays, smallware, equipment, or other items up to 35lbs, and to stand, walk up and down stairs, and exert well-paced mobility for extended period of time
- Flexible schedule and open availability to meet business needs

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($16.50) plus tips
