Desired Qualifications:

• At least 2 years as a Bartender in busy upscale restaurants 
• Experience in an Italian, Mediterranean, or California-inspired restaurants
• Personable and professional demeanor with strong communication abilities
• The ability to stay positive and composed under pressure, ensuring smooth service execution
• The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekend availability is preferred
