Job Details

Loring Place has an exciting opportunity to join our growing management team.  This role will support business operations for our West Village Location, to ensure streamlined success and drive excellent hospitality experiences. We know that it all starts with having the right people to lead the charge. We are searching for an autonomous go-getter with strong business and hospitality acumen who can support our FOH  management team and make 2025 a great year!

 Minimum Qualification Requirements:

  • At least 2 to 5 years of management-level experience in NYC restaurants 
  • A genuine interest and passion in seasonally-driven menu items
  • An energetic and positive attitude with the ability to lead and inspire
  • The ability to manage both the dining room and bar teams with an emphasis on strong communication skills, organization, and the highest degree of hospitality.
  • Service Training experience is a must 
  • Experience with cocktail programs and bar management is a plus
  • NYC food handlers certificate

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Recruiting/ServiceTraining/Scheduling  
  • Performance Management 
  • Drive Sales and Revenue with superior floor management and guest relations 
  • Create and forecast effective work schedules and monitor labor usage while complying with all Federal, State, and City labor regulations.
  • Coaching and shift supervision while being in service. 
  • Have a complete understanding of work safety and emergency procedures. 
  • Must understand NYC Wage and Hour Compliance 
  • Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office, Toast, Resy, and various other operating systems.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $75,000.00)
