Osteria Alberico FOH Posting
We are looking for passionate and hospitality-minded professionals to join our front of house team at Osteria Alberico! We are hiring for all Front of House positions including Server, Bartender, Host and Support Staff.
Osteria Alberico is named after Frasca Hospitality Group’s owner Bobby Stuckey’s wife, Danette and her family. Osteria Alberico is the sister restaurant to Boulder’s Pizzeria Alberico, and the newest addition to Frasca Hospitality Group. More casual than a ristorante or trattoria, a traditional osteria can often be found in neighborhoods instead of tourist-laden streets. A space that serves as a catch all for casual meet-ups, family dinners and post-work enjoyment, locals and visitors alike can expect warm, familial hospitality.
We are seeking individuals of exceptional quality, a genuine passion for food and hospitality, a robust work ethic, a positive attitude, professionalism, and a collaborative spirit are essential qualities for potential candidates. While we recognize that permanence is not guaranteed, to fully embrace our vision and contribute as a leader in the Osteria Alberico kitchen, we request a commitment of at least 18 months in this position.
Compensation & Benefit Details
- Whole House Tip Share Model (we share tips among all hourly employees!)
- Estimated hourly wage $18-35 per hour (Hourly Wage $14.81 + Tips)
