Major Food Group is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to join our corporate team!
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven CRM and Website Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize our email and retargeting marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing techniques, lifecycle communications and database segmentation for high response CRM programming. This role plays a crucial part in overseeing and enhancing the strategies and systems used to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
Major Food Group is a New York based hospitality company founded by Mario Carbone, Rich Torrisi and Jeff Zalaznick. From a small, intimate deli restaurant in Little Italy, MFG has evolved into a hospitality powerhouse creating iconic brands and gaining national and international attention for its singular style and culinary prowess.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Create personalized email marketing campaigns based on customer data and insights.
- Create and implement lead generation strategy and retargeting campaigns relevant to each MFG brand.
- Analyze guest data to understand preferences and trends, and use these insights to refine marketing strategies and improve guest experiences.
- Track and measure campaign performance, adjusting tactics based on key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Monitor audience and list health utilizing best-in-class data hygiene practices
- Manage integration with reservation and data platforms and database/CRM platform to ensure database is current and complete
- Stay updated on the latest hospitality technology trends and innovations to keep CRM strategy current
- Set digital KPIs, holistically, and across digital (CRM, SEM, SEO and retargeting) campaigns, to ensure objectives are met.
- Work closely with website and digital marketing agencies to ensure objectives and strategies are clearly communicated and aligned.
- Crossfunctionally engage with regional / local teams to digitally support marketing strategies and own ongoing CRM, app, and digital content calendar.
- Own and report on Google Analytics platforms, across all websites (GA4), Tag Manager (GTM), Search (GSC) along with future digital evolution.
- Report on website, email and social campaign performance, incorporating external actions into reports
- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction; holiday (seasonal), newsletter, customer lifecycle
- Develop and grow restaurant app loyalty program, working closely with restaurant operators to seamlessly incorporate digital loyalty into onsite guest experience
- Support activations and marketing initiatives, ensuring the digital component is accounted for - including custom branding, landing pages, pop-ups, etc
- Support website user experience (UX), evolving it to adapt to the guest experience and compliance standards
- Leverage SEO across all brands, continually improving and maximizing branded SERP
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Advanced certifications in digital marketing or web analytics are a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in digital marketing, CRM and website management
- Experience working with digital agencies
- In-depth experience using CRM platforms and email marketing tools
- Experience interpreting analytics reports and producing actionable insights
- Proven results in effective campaign management and implementation leading to achieving set target objectives
- Ability to troubleshoot and work within multiple CMS and back end systems

Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience.
