This position is scheduled Monday-Thursday (or Friday) from 6:30am-3pm

Job Summary:
Corporate Waitstaff is responsible for the oversight of their assigned responsibilities within the Executive Dining Room. They are responsible with achieving excellent customer service and executing executive dining and catered events. They are responsible for working together with the team to complete sidework, setting up food and beverages, serving guests, cleaning up the event, and setting up for the next day. These responsibilities are limited by not excluding the dining rooms are presentable.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Oversees the completion of their tasks within an executive dining space and meeting services for c-suite executives.
- Sets up work areas according to guest/client requests, banquet event orders, and location standards
- Ensures service areas are maintained including replenishment of product, cleanliness, etc.
- Provides excellent customer service, anticipating guests’ needs
- Maintains a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
- Organize and lead executive dining and catered events including setup/preparation
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with catering standardized operating procedures
- Properly set tables for special functions
- Clean all functions areas upon completion
- Professional appearance per policy and standards
- Maintain server pantry and storage room with supplies in an orderly fashion
- Perform all job duties in a safe manner and follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Completion of any task requested by a supervisor or member of the management team
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a supervisor in a related role preferred
- Previous experience as a server or in a food service role required
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Requires ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Working knowledge of food safety principles and procedures
- Requires frequent lifting of up to 25 lbs.
- Requires occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
