Pastry Cook

Our pastry team at Fiore in East Kensington, has an opening for a morning baking position! We are looking for an individual with a passion for baking, with an accute interest in classic italian pastry. We bake all of our bread in house for our savory program, and produce laminted pastry, cakes, cookies, gelato production, custards and chocolates for special occassions all through the lens of the italian classics .  Shfits start daily at 6am and are we open Thursday through Mondays. Shifts are 9-10 hours, with a 4 day workweek. We are a team of four people and collaborate and work as a team to complete the daily production. health/dental insurance is available after 90 days, and 1 week paid vacation after a year of employement.
