Server

al di là Trattoria is seeking a server for 3 nights/week, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.   We are a busy Northern Italian restaurant located in Park Slope, Brooklyn.  al di là has been owned and operated by husband and wife team, Emiliano Coppa and Chef Anna Klinger since 1998.

Candidate should be able to

-Work with warmth, precision and efficiency under the pressures of a busy service while maintaining a friendly and courteous attitude towards colleagues and guests.

-working wine and spirit knowledge 

-Work as a member of a team to create a warm, communal and welcoming fine dining experience.

-Work as a member of a team to maintain all aspects of the restaurant.

-Expected to have full knowledge of all food and beverages as well as methods of preparation  and a passion for food and the hospitality industry in general.

Bartending experience helpful.

Hours are 4:00-close .
