Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Servers and Captains to join our front-of-house team. Ideal candidates will have a background in Michelin-starred or fine dining environments, with a passion for hospitality and guest interaction. This role requires table-side service skills, including fish deboning and presenting dishes with precision and elegance.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver impeccable service with a focus on guest experience, anticipating needs, and providing recommendations.
- Perform table-side services, including fish deboning and other interactive experiences.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and dining room.
- Lead and manage sections with professionalism, ensuring smooth service and clear communication with back-of-house and management.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the menu, wine pairings, and daily specials to enhance the dining experience.
- Cultivate genuine relationships with guests while upholding the restaurant’s service standards.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff, setting the tone for excellence in service.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in fine dining, Michelin-starred, or equivalent high-end restaurants.
- Strong table-side skills, including fish deboning and detailed food presentations.
- Passion for hospitality with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Deep respect for quality ingredients, presentation, and delivering a refined dining experience.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays – with Fridays off.
