Job Details
Core functions:
Support team by anticipating guests’ needs, provide friendly & courteous service, and stock the fridges, barista bar and shelves.
Job duties but not limited to:
- Friendly and courteous with every guest
- Monitor tables and anticipate guests needs
- Brew drip coffee and iced teas
- Restock beverages
- Restock prepared foods & fresh fruit as often as needed, at minimum every 2 hours
- Restock merchandise shelves
- Communicate stocking needs to kitchen and facilitate transfers from kitchens to retail floor
- Keeping ice wells full throughout service
- Change out garbages
- Ensure that the retail experience is pristine by overseeing cleanliness of floors, glass and surfaces

Requirements
The perfect candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- No previous restaurant experience required
- Works quickly and efficiently
- Works well both independently and as a team member
- Responsible and reliable
- Must have exceptional grooming habits
- Outgoing friendly personality
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability and willingness to exceed guest expectations
- Excellent multi-tasking and attention to detail
- Comfortable working early morning hours a must
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
- Able to lift 50 lbs
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($18.00) plus tips
