Hello, We're @social.house.la a Culinary Social Club concept launching Dec 2025! (Think Soho House and Wolvesmouth had a baby)We'll be a roaming Social Club that uses Pop-up residential settings instead of a Brick & Mortar location, dramatically reducing our overhead costs, so we can provide AFFORDABLE Fine Dining Experiences.
Our Core Pillars are Quality, Affordability, and Education, and feel with inflation, LA rent prices, and the hit the industry has taken from Covid and the Hollywood Strikes, it's time for something new.This concept has been almost 3 years in development, we've already started with pre-launch events, and are looking to bring on 1 more talented Chef to the team!
SCOPE OF WORK;-A Chef with Michelin Training to help develop Complex 6 Course Plated Multi-cultural Menus -Strong Plating Skills is a MUST
-Positive Attitude and Strong Work Ethic
-Experience with BOH operations; Creating recipes, prep techniques, food safety, etc.
-Available at least 1/month for Pop-up events
-Available at least 2 hours/month for paid Brainstorming Calls
COMPENSATION;
Dependant on Experience, and a Tasting
