Cosette Wine Bar in Studio City is looking for experienced BOH dishwasher / prep cook to join our exceptional team (this will be a dual position with a possibility to grow).
With Michelin star and World’s Best Restaurant experience already on board, we are building an efficient, positive culinary team to execute our modern winebar classics. In addition to being positive and curious, desired skills are listed below.
For all BOH positions:
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, including helping with loading and unloading of produce, goods, and shipments.
- Can and will work in a kitchen with minimal space for the entirety of their shift.
- Ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours.
- Willingness to work any position needed as determined by the executive chef.
- Punctuality, positivity, inclusivity, and curiosity are required of all BOH team members.
- Open availability to work evenings and weekends required as this is a small team.
- Daily hygiene a must.
- Please have previous BOH experience in disciplined, fast paced kitchens.
- Position starts at $20/hr, with flexibility dependent upon experience.
