Annual Salary: $75-90k based on experience

Job Summary: The maestro of the culinary symphony, orchestrating a team of passionate cooks to create unforgettable dishes. With a flair for organization and a love for authentic flavors, you'll oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, all while fostering a lively atmosphere where creativity and teamwork thrive.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the entire operation in the back of house, works with assistant kitchen manager and/or hourly back of house manager if applicable
  • Upholds all specs and standards with plating of food for guests
  • Oversees all inventory, ordering and scheduling in the back of house
  • Excellent knowledge of all stations on the line and outside expo
  • Upholds all DHEC standards with labeling, cleanliness and safe temperature storage of all non-prepped, prepped and cooked food items
  • Receives deliveries and reports any issues to vendors and General Manager
  • Creates specials and delivers information regarding specs to all kitchen and front of house staff
  • Teamwork with coworkers, adding to a culture of fun, and attendance of staff meetings 

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($75,000.00 - $90,000.00)
