Job Details
Our FOH Supervisor will work closely with our management team to uphold the company’s values and policies while improving and elevating service standards.
- Oversee daily operations
- Ensure the satisfaction of all guests; touch tables to cultivate regulars
- Ensure consistent execution of food, beverage, service, and hospitality
- Conduct pre-shift meetings
- Ensure that operational and training standards are consistently followed by all team members.
Desired candidates will have:
- Minimum of 2+ years' experience in a restaurant leadership position
- A true passion for hospitality
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire service team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Toast preferred
- Bilingual English /Spanish a plus

Compensation: Hourly ($25.00 - $27.00)
