Reservationist

We are seeking a skilled and professional Reservationist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and administrative duties, with experience using OpenTable.

Job Roles/Requirements

1. Answering all incoming calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate department heads
2. Managing reservations and cancellations via OpenTable
3. Making daily confirmation calls to ensure all bookings are confirmed
4. Monitoring and responding to the restaurant's emails in a timely manner
5. Communicating important messages to senior staff regarding special requests, needs, and concerns
6. Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
