This is a no excuse, get it done, position for someone who is dedicated to excellence and success. This is a position that could transition to a Chief Operating Officer role over time.
This is a challenging position for an individual who is looking to accelerate their career. You must have a college degree with excellent written and communication skills. Experience in retail and food preparation in a large scale operation is also necessary.
