Flora, a Bib Gourmand Michelin Guide 2023-rated authentic Italian restaurant, is searching for a passionate and skilled Lead Line Cook to join our team. We pride ourselves on creating a modern take on traditional Cilentana cuisine, using the finest ingredients and techniques.

As a Line Cook at Flora, you will work directly under the guidance of our Executive Chef, contributing to the execution of our critically acclaimed menu. This role offers an opportunity to grow within a team that values dedication, precision, and creativity while maintaining an inclusive and collaborative atmosphere.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items with precision, adhering to recipes and standards
• Assist with food prep tasks, such as vegetable chopping and meat butchery
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency
• Plate dishes with attention to detail and portion control
• Lead the kitchen line during service, ensuring smooth operations
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow food safety guidelines
• Collaborate with the culinary team to consistently deliver exceptional dishes

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years of experience as a Line Cook in a full-service restaurant
• Food Handler’s Certificate (required)
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs without assistance
• Expertise in authentic Italian cuisine and culinary techniques
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with grace under pressure
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
