The hospitality group behind the acclaimed New York City restaurants, Llama Inn and Llama San is expanding its footprint with the upcoming Papa San, a Peruvian Izakaya set to open in early 2025 on 34th Street and 10Th Avenue (in The Spiral building). This will be a dynamic, high-energy atmosphere bar with a creative cocktail menu.  We are currently looking for an experienced Bartender to start January 2025.

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate bartender to join our team. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a deep knowledge of cocktails, and loves crafting innovative drinks, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities

Day to Day:

• Prepare and serve cocktails with precision, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to program standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the beverage menu and guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of bartending experience.
• Expertise in cocktail recipes, garnishes, and presentation.
• Incredible customer service skills and the ability to lead by example.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate: $11.00 an hour + tips
