Bonjour! We are seeking a mid-level pastry chef de partie to join our team at Maison Nico. Ideal candidate will have at least one year experience in a pastry position and be familiar with viennoiserie and lamination. This is a full-time position and the hours are approximately 5:30am-2:00pm.
We are a small team at Maison Nico and we are looking for an individual who enjoys teamwork, has a strong work ethic, pays attention to detail, seeks career growth, enjoys the craft and cares about the product.
Maison Nico is a French épicerie located in Jackson Square specializing in pâté en croûte, terrines, viennoiserie, and Parisian-style pastries.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($21.00) plus tips
Estimated Weekly Tips: $130
