Amparo Fondita is a Mexico-forward restaurant in Washington, DC, blending tradition and innovation to redefine Mexican cuisine. We’re seeking passionate Servers who are approachable, calm under pressure, and have an eye for detail.

Position: Server
Are you passionate about creating unforgettable dining experiences? We’re looking for Servers who thrive on connecting with guests and delivering warm, attentive service. Ideal candidates are natural multitaskers, detail-oriented, and adaptable, bringing energy and enthusiasm to every interaction. Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional hospitality while managing high-volume service.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of food, beverage, and menu offerings.
• Assist teammates to ensure seamless service flow.
• Set up and break down service stations.
• Support training of new team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong FOH experience with a history of achievement in the hospitality industry.
• Solid references and a teamwork-oriented mindset.
• Weekend availability required. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Passion for hospitality and exploring new places.
