Caché Bistro, a modern neighborhood bistro, is opening soon in San Francisco’s Inner Sunset. We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our opening team. Bring your creativity, precision, and leadership skills to a kitchen inspired by fresh, seasonal ingredients and thoughtful techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Manage your assigned station, ensuring consistent execution of dishes to the highest standards.
- Train and mentor junior cooks, maintaining a collaborative and professional kitchen environment.
- Assist in menu development and the creation of daily specials.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in your workspace.
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and team to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in a Chef de Partie role.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of advanced cooking techniques and flavor profiles.
- Leadership skills with the ability to train and inspire others.
- A passion for ingredient-driven, seasonal cuisine and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Salary/Hourly ($20.00 - $22.00) plus tips
