Description:

We are seeking a passionate, experienced and self-motivated culinary leader to join our ambitious team at Sorella. We are a contemporary concept specializing in Italian cuisine.

All candidates must have an interest in Italian cuisine, a passion for excellence, and be excited to work under Executive Chefs Suzette Gresham in furthering the vision of Italian Cuisine under the umbrella of the Acquerello – Sorella family. There is a lot of opportunity to learn and grow with us!

Minimum Requirements: Minimum 5 years industry experience and 2+ years in leadership position.

• Works quickly, neatly, productively and efficiently in fast-paced and exciting environment

• Recipe development and standardization
• Knowledge and experience with Italian cuisine
• Committment to food safety, health and sanitization standards 
• Manager Serve-safe certification
• Experience with food and labor cost control
• Committment to positive work culture and safe, healthy and productive work environment


-Deliver real-time cooked menu items in a professional, safe and hygienic manner
-Contribute to business optimization by assisting with station maintenance, timely food preparation and plating, and with consistency applied as directed
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace



Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($90,000.00 - $95,000.00)
