Our food and beverage programs are rustic and inspired creating a unique, high end experience, in a cozy environment. Guests should always feel like we're inviting them into our living room.
As a server, you will play a integral role in that experience and the flow of service. You will be responsible to uphold our standards. We are a fast-paced establishment and every person in service, is crucial to the overall experience both for the guests and the team you work alongside.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
- Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure that service meets/exceeds expectations to ensure a memorable and pleasant dining experience.
- Inspect dining room, table settings, chairs, floors, proper maintenance, cleanliness and safety.
- Receive and greet members guests; assist with seating if necessary.
- Check tables throughout service times for guest satisfaction, resolve guest issues.
- Maintain knowledge of menu and presentation standards and sound knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques
REQUIRED:
- 1-2 years experience in Food & Beverage hospitality
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Basic food & wine knowledge
- Sales/Guest experience
- Experience with restaurant POS systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to maintain a professional, yet welcoming and friendly demeanor at all times
- A genuine passion for learning about quality food and sharing it with the world
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Polished personal presentation; grooming meets Company standards, as outlined by Employee Handbook
- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business
- Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously and for extended periods as required to perform essential job functions
- Ability to perform essential job functions when working under stress, in fast-paced environment
PREFERRED:
- Experience with Italian cuisine
- Experience with cocktails
- Experience with wines from around the world
- Appetite for growth, new experiences, and pushing the limits of a business

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
