Job Details

Lead day to day operations of our bakery department at Courageous Oak Park. Weekend availability is required but can be flexible based on needs of operations.

- learn & follow Courageous baking standards
- assist GM with scheduling the department
- follow production schedule
- completing orders and packing to standards
- create & manage prep lists
- cleaning
- organizing
- present & assist with developing seasonal specials
- must hold food handler & allergen certification upon hiring and within 30 days, food service manager certification will be required
