grace is looking for a dedicated day-time Chef to operate and lead our Café kitchen team.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled chef to create delicious meals for our guests. You will be responsible for planning our menu, ensuring that each dish is nutritious and cost-effective, daily ordering, receiving, monthly inventory, and collaborating with a team of restaurant professionals to deliver food that meets the highest quality standards. Top candidates will also be creative individuals, capable of creating dishes/experiences that set us apart and keep people coming back for more.

To ensure success in your role as chef, you should be an excellent leader with great organizational skills and impeccable management skills. You will be reporting directly to the general manager who oversees the entire restaurant operation. 

grace is operated by McCall's Catering and Events. We currently run five high volume Cafés in San Francisco, and are looking to add a few more in the near future. We are a company with a reputation for high standards, client satisfaction and culinary delights. We have over 40+ years of Business experience in San Francisco. This role is best-suited for an experienced Sous-Chef ready to take on his/her first Chef role.

Compensation Details

Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $80,000.00)
