Server Assistant

etc is one of Chicago loop's most anticipated new dining experiences. Led by Chef/owner Lamar Moore, etc is changing the conversation of what fine dining means while simultaneously doing the same with southern cuisine. Our culinary program is the culmination of Chef's southern roots, world travels, and cultural inspirations. We are looking for a driven, passionate, and professional individual to join our team. 

Responsibilities and duties will include: 
- assisting in setup for nightly service
- execution of nightly service
- running of food
- assistant servers with the all necessary tasks to ensure that service runs smoothly 
- knowledge of our food, wine, and cocktail programs is required for this role
