Job Description
A Server Assistant supports the waitstaff by assisting in various tasks to ensure smooth service. Responsibilities include setting tables, refilling water and bread baskets, clearing dishes, and assisting with guest needs. They must maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, anticipate needs, and work efficiently to enhance the dining experience. The role also requires the ability to lift heavy boxes (at least 50 lbs), and involves physical activity across multiple floors. Requirements + Certifications:
- Be on time, ready to work

- Maintaining standards + R.A.M.P and/or ServSafe Certified
Qualifications:
- Requires strong communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English. Familiarity with our restaurant's mission, software, menu details, and venue layout is essential.
- Willingness to stand for long periods of time
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Scheduling:
- Involves constant public contact. Work environment is subject to varying levels of high energy, loud noise, crowds and pace, which depends upon guest volume.
- Work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays , Work may be performed in small areas, inside or outside throughout the year, varying conditions of temperature, lighting and air quality.
