Job Details
Renwick Hospitality Group is opening The Alderman at the brand new Motto By Hilton | Times Square and looking for Server Assistants (bussers/runners) to join the opening team. Candidates must have a positive attitude, the ability to work with a team, multi-task & more. We are looking for server assistants who can transform from cocktail service to upscale dining service.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Complete opening and closing duties such as setting up daily needed supplies, table settings & more.

  • Ability to lift heavy trays and move throughout a space.
  • Understand table numbers and seat numbers to ensure proper service methods.
  • Ability to show up on time.

  • Ensure the area is stocked with paper goods and necessary tools, and the workspace is clean and maintained throughout the shift.  

  • Ensure all tables meet their needs during the dining experience.

  • Complete understanding of menus and offerings to guests.

  • Follow the steps of service for all guest interactions.

  • Report any engineering issues, safety hazards, or concerns to management. 

  • Complete end-of-shift paperwork, and all side work.

  • Perform other responsible job tasks asked by management.

* Experience is preferred but we will train the right person for this role. The most important trait we seek is a dependable person who cares about the team.

BE IN THE KNOW...
  • Full-time availability is preferred including morning and evening shifts.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Must be able to carry 3 plates of food at a time.
Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($10.00) plus tips
