Ideal host candidates have both fine dining and high volume restaurant experience, GREAT guest service skills, excellent phone etiquette, are highly efficient and organized, are team players, and bring a genuine enthusiasm for taking care of people. Ideally also have a solid working knowledge of Open Table system.
Above all able to maintain composure and consistently express the highest level of grace and hospitality in a high volume high pressure setting and must enjoy and take pride in seeking out ways to make our guests feel special!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Requirements:
- Preferably 1-2 years restaurant experience
- Ability to multitask and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Team oriented and positive mindset
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.

The group currently encompasses three The Salt Line restaurants (Navy Yard DC, Ballston VA, and Bethesda MD), Dauphine's in the heart of downtown DC, and the latest exciting addition Ometeo opened in December 2023 at the Capital One Center in Tyson's Corner, VA.
