Dialogue is a plant-based, AAPI-owned cafe & flower shop located in the heart of Lower East Side. Our focus is on creative coffee, matcha, and tea-based drinks, with an emphasis on seasonal fruits and produce. We are looking for a Flower Barista to join the team to serve our customers and maintain our beautiful, flower-adorned space.
We are open 6am-7pm (7am-7pm on weekends) and are currently hiring for both opening and closing shifts. If you love creative drinks, flowers, aesthetics, and interacting with customers, then this may be the perfect role for you!

What we're looking for
- Passion for and knowledge of coffee and tea-based drinks
- Love of flowers and a strong sense of aesthetics
- A “people person” who loves interacting with customers
- Experience in latte art
- Skilled at operating in a fast-paced environment and a physically demanding role
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Has or can obtain an NYC Food Protection Certificate within a month of joining the team
- Multilingual is a big plus!
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee / tea-based beverages and small food items
- Help arrange and maintain our beautiful floral bouquets / arrangements
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout the store, ensuring all equipment and surfaces are properly sanitized and clean
- Offer the highest level of customer service to all guests while staying alert to their needs, answering questions and making recommendations as needed
- Maintain a cozy ambiance throughout the store and a well-organized inventory of ingredients and products
- Provide your valuable recommendations to the management team as you see fit
- Operate ethically and in rigorous adherence to sanitation and food safety policies
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as per business need
