SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the Content Creator will produce content for the Quince & Co brands (including Cotogna, Verjus, and Officina) write short form copy, create stories and reels, and manage the company’s social media calendar. Understand, articulate, and align respective brand vision for Quince & Co’s restaurants with a strong understanding of company background, respective identities, mission statement and philosophy.
SOCIAL MEDIA
· Create content for the company’s social media platforms: posts, stories, reels, highlights, etc.
· Drive organic traffic with consistent and timely responsive posting
· Knowledge of DSLR cameras is necessary
· Write short-form copy with a distinct understanding of each voice under the Quince & Co. brands
· Ability to photograph and shoot video for new dishes, products, and company events for use on social media marketing and public relations purposes
· Communicate with guests via DM, providing accurate information and solutions for guests
· Manage relationships interdepartmentally to ensure needs are met from
· Same-day support with photoshoots and external vendors that are contributing directly to the Marketing team
· Research and stay current of industry trends and new forms of digital media
· Have a strong understanding of company background, mission statement, cultural norms, Quince & Co. values and philosophy
· Passionate about food, wine, and hospitality
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· Exceptional communication skills and experience writing creative content for web/social media
· Strong project management skills and ability to work on simultaneous projects at varying stages
· Strong organizational skills, as well as time and task management
· Leadership skills and adaptability to effectively interact with FOH and BOH restaurant operations, guests, and media
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus
REQUIREMENTS
In-person presence required at Jackson Square office to capture daily content at restaurants
· Flexibility of work schedule, ability to capture content at special events or holidays if needed
· Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly and safely
· Must be able to lift 40 pounds at time
· Must be able to comply with all health and safety standards
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
· Design experience, ability to use Adobe Suite
· Professional photography experience
