Job Details

Come join a NYC institution. Since 1975's Raoul's has been a leading French restaurant. 

This Office Assistant/Reservationist role will be full time Monday-Friday. 9:30am - 4:30pm. 

We are looking for a multi-tasker who possesses a strong work ethic with attention to detail and organization. You must be a team player and willing to help wherever needs arise. 

Prior restaurant experience is preferred with 2-3 years administrative or office experience. Bookkeeping experience required. 

Requirements include but are not limited to: 

  • Organizational Skills 
  • Punctuality 
  • Be professional, polite, personable, friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Strong Resy knowledge necessary.   
  • Quickbooks knowledge necessary. 
  • Computer skills with an understanding of Word and Excel. 
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 
  • Answering phones, assisting guest with bookings using Resy. 
  • Fielding email general inquiry questions 
  • Help to maintain an organized office-ordering office supplies, managing lost and found, printing menus. .
  • Occasionally running errands for the kitchen and FOH 
  • Receive all receipt requests, provide PDF to inquiring parties
  • Process and mail gift cards. 
  • General Filing. 
  • General ad hoc duties. Assists with additional tasks as dictated by the management team.
  • Invoice entering using QuickBooks. 
  • Cash reconciliation
