Rosemary in Ridley Park is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team.
The position is a full time role on our team, and must be a positive team player. Tolerance of aggression will not be permitted.
We are looking for reliability, communication, and a strong work ethic. Experience on the line is a must, as this position will require working on the line, as well as prep.
The key management function of this role is to ensure all stations are prepped to department of health specifications, and chef standards.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, teach, and coach restaurant employees
- The ability to support the line during service while managing transition from prep to service
- Experience with many different cuisines
